A person accused of stealing valuables at his neighbours home has been charged with housebreaking and dealing with stolen property.
Carlton Kuria Wesonga is claimed to have robbed Christian Ndeka of a tv set, couch set, electrical kettle, a sub-woofer, mattress, plastic chairs, amongst different gadgets all valued at Sh60,000.
The accused is claimed to have taken benefit of Ndeka’s absence to commit the crime. She had reportedly traveled to Busia however upon return discovered her home empty.
Her neighbour had shifted homes however was traced and located with the gadgets in his new home in Pipeline Property, Nairobi on January 31.
He’s accused of dishonestly retaining the gadgets in the middle of stealing them, having causes to consider them to be a stolen property.
Wesonga denied the costs earlier than Makadara chief Justice of the Peace Angelo Kithinji.
He was freed on a Sh100,000 bond with another money bail of Sh50,000.
