Eire winger Jacob Stockdale has returned to Andy Farrell’s squad for Sunday’s Six Nations conflict with Scotland after lacking the opening three matches of the championship.
The 24-year-old broken his knee taking part in for provincial aspect Ulster towards Munster in early January.
“Ulster’s Jacob Stockdale returns to the squad having missed the opening three rounds by damage whereas Shane Daly will stay at Munster,” the Irish Rugby Soccer Union introduced on Monday.
“The 36-man squad will journey to Edinburgh on Friday forward of taking part in Scotland on Sunday at BT Murrayfield.
“Josh van der Flier will undergo the graduated return-to-play protocols this week within the Eire camp whereas there have been no vital damage issues from the opposite 12 gamers who featured within the Guinness Pro14 fixtures over the weekend.”
Stockdale, who has 33 Irish caps, returned to motion in Ulster’s Pro14 victory over Ospreys on February 26. Scotland have included Nick Haining, Sam Skinner and Rufus McLean of their 34-man squad.

Edinburgh back-row ahead Haining and Exeter second row Skinner have bothbeen recalled, whereas Glasgow’s US full-back or wing McLean has gained his first senior call-up.
The trio weren’t included in Gregor Townsend’s squad for the scheduled Six Nations conflict with France final month, which was postponed because of a coronavirus outbreak in Les Bleus’ squad.
There is no such thing as a place for Glasgow ahead Zander Fagerson, who misplaced his enchantment towards a four-week suspension after being despatched off towards Wales.
Glasgow team-mate Adam Hastings can also be suspended after he was handed a three-game ban for his pink card in final month’s Pro14 defeat at Leinster.
Eire are third within the Six Nations desk after a win towards Italy adopted defeats towards Wales and France.
